UN backs SOL reform and victims’ access to justice!
It says:
(e) Promote the reform of statute of limitations in countries where they impede victims of child sexual abuse from seeking justice and redress.
That would be most states, but NY is the worst, and PA, NJ, and MA severely in need of reform, among others.
