Tolling:  Yes
  • Delayed Tolling for Sexual Offenses Against Minors : An action for childhood sexual abuse may be brought within the later of: 8 years after a minor's 18th birthday, or 3 years after discovery. Wyo. Stat. §1-3-105(b)
     
  • Discovery Rule : Although explicitly mentioned in § 1-3-105(b)(ii), “discovery” has been defined by the Wyoming Supreme Court to be the moment the victim discovered or in the exercise of reasonable diligence should have discovered the psychic trauma regardless of when the physical trauma occurred. See McCreary v. Weast, 971 P.2d 974 (Wyo. 1999)
